Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using services provided by the Japan Visa Portal (the "Portal"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Portal.

Users must comply with relevant laws and these Terms, and must not engage in any act that interferes with the operation of the Portal.
